| By Email Simply send us your order information via email to: If you have ordered from us in the past and want to use the same credit card information, simply indicate this in your email order. If it is a new order or your credit card information has changed, call us or indicate in your email that you want us to call you. |
By Regular Mail To mail your order in, simply print out the order form, fill it out and send it to us at the address below. If you have problems printing the form, simply write us a letter and send it to: P. O. Order Online Our Secure Online Form is available for those wishing to send us orders electronically. Simply select one of the forms below, fill out the order form that appears and then press the "Send" button at the bottom. | By Phone To place an order by phone, call us using our local telephone number at: We will normally be available between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday. If you are calling at other times, please leave your name, phone number and the best time to call on our voicemail system and we will happily return your call when it is convenient for you. |
By Fax Orders can be sent at any time to our fax line at: Our Online Order Form can be used for this purpose. Just select the correct version above from the "Order Online" window and print it out. It can then be completed manually and faxed to us. We also provide order forms when we send out our information packages. |

Shipping is normally done using standard surface mail unless requested otherwise. Some larger packages are shipped by UPS. Shipping costs vary based on the weight, size and destination of the package(s). We will calculate the total cost for your order and confirm the value with you before shipping along with the availability of the items requested. |

| Taxes: |
Camilla Valley Farm Weavers' Supply charges 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) to all orders going to Canadian destinations except for those in the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland where the 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is charged instead (only 5% on books). For Ontario destinations 8% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) is charged on all products except for books. Camilla Valley Farm does not charge any Canadian taxes on orders sent to US or other destinations outside of Canada. |

| Returns Policy: |
Camilla Valley Farm Weavers' Supply will accept the return of any product for refund or exchange within 30 days if it is defective or unsatisfactory. This policy does not apply to special order items or CD/DVDs which can only be exchanged if defective. A restocking fee may apply. The product must be in a re-sellable condition and you must contact Camilla Valley Farm before returning the item to get a RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number or the package may be refused. Improperly marked packages crossing the border can generate a customs fee which will affect the refunded amount. Upon contacting us for a RMA number we will advise how to mark the package for shipping. Our goal is customer satisfaction and we ask that you contact us as soon as you find a problem with anything you receive so we can correct the problem. |
