Camilla Valley Farm Weavers' Supply is pleased to offer Single-ply Wool for use by Weavers and Knitters in a selection of beautiful colours.
This natural Wool yarn can be ordered in either 4 ounce (113 g) skeins or cones for easy warping. There are 1,680 yards/pound with each skein/cone holding approximately 420 yards (384 metres).
This Single-Ply Wool or "singles" is suitable for weaving blankets, throws, upholstery, scarves, coverlets, etc. and uses a sett of 8-12 ends per inch (epi). Knitters will find the wool excellent for knitting socks, gloves and children's clothing as well as blankets. This Single-Ply Wool is available in a rainbow of 20 brilliant colours:
