Sock Kits

As the weather gets cooler, keep your feet warm and toasty with these cozy socks knit with Peace Fleece yarn in a rainbow of beautiful colours. The Peace Fleece blend of Mohair and Wool results in a wonderfully soft garment and the beautiful colours make these socks ones that you will want to show off!

To create these kits, we have wound off enough of each colour to make an adult sized pair of socks. The yarn is already in balls to let you start knitting as soon as you get it! The pattern is easy to follow for beginners as well as experienced knitters and includes a unique textured heel design.

KITS AVAILABLE:

Each kit includes the Sock pattern, 8 ounces of Peace Fleece wool in 4 to 6 colours (equivalent to 2 skeins) pre-wound into six balls and enclosed in a handy zippered plastic storage bag. Each kit will make a single pair of Adult sized socks and "Kits with Needles" also come with all the needles required (ie. see chart above).

  • Peace Fleece is a Worsted Weight blend of 70% Wool and 30% Mohair that comes in 37 beautiful colours. Individual Skeins of the yarn can be purchased as well as a collection of unique Sweater Kits.

  • The pattern includes instructions for knitting a regular heel as well as the textured heel.
  • The colours on the pictures and the wool sample card will vary based on your computer and monitor. A Sample Card of Peace Fleece wool lists the names of each of the colours.
